• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn underwear.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
